Our large one bedroom rental apartment encompassing a total area of 950 square feet. It is eco-friendly, off the grid, powered by solar energy. We also harvest and filter the rain water so you don’t have to buy bottled water.
We have carefully designed it to create an environment whereby guests can disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and rejuvenate. Its rural, elevated position offers uninterrupted sea views with a cooling breeze running through the property. Air conditioning is installed to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Listen to the tropical sounds of the Caribbean from the sweeping verandah while watching pelicans dive for fish at Pelican Island. On a clear day neighbouring islands of volcanic Montserrat and uninhabited Redonda are visible.
To further enhance your stay, we will meet you and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We will provide towels and bed linen, a cooler box for picnics, board games, safety deposit box and a mobile privacy screen should guests wish to partition off the bedroom area. Unlimited WiFi is included free of charge.
